Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on any items. In some cases, items can be returned and fixed for a cost. All accidental damage is not covered by. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your items.

We do not take responsibility for lost items sent via Australia Post. All enquiries should be directed to an Australia Post branch or lodged via their website.

We do not take any responsibility for any orders that get damaged or missing sent via untracked options - it is recommended you chose an option that provides tracking. Australia Post does not compensate for untracked items.
